Rhon-a-logue: Leave no book unfinished.

A faithful list of all the books I read (starting in January, 2005). Starting October 2007, also includes reviews and opinions from the sister who started it all with her attempt at Christmas 2004 to recall all the books she had read that year. Now you can find out exactly what we think about everything we read.

Advanced Sex Tips for Girls

Advanced Sex Tips for Girls - Cynthia Heimel

Re-read of one of her last essay collections. Really not her best work. Her brilliant essay "PMS and Outfits" should be required reading for any woman with a sense of humour. It's not in this volume, though, so don't get your hopes up. It is in If You Can't Live Without Me, Why Aren't You Dead Yet?, which was a much stronger collection on the whole. I should have grabbed it off the shelf when I was looking for a quick read. Oh well. This brought me to 9 books for the month, and coincidentally, 9 books YTD.

How We All Swiftly

How We All Swiftly - Don Coles

Canadian poetry. It was okay, but they weren't all to my taste. The intro suggested he mused about family relationships, which was pretty accurate, but most of the poems didn't connect/resonate with me. Free from the Book Expo last year.
